Hello again I had a friend of a friend ask me what is reflexology?
I just want to make clear this is my definition not someone elses copyed a slaped up here:

Reflexology can be done on the hands and the feet mainly but I can also be done throughout the body as well. The practitioner presses points on either your foot or hand and it simulates certain parts of the body. You can do it yourself at home after you have done a basic course.
