I recently had a question posed to me about what Herpes Simplex is so I thought I would write a quick page to explain it in my own words.
So what is Herpes Simplex?
Well to put it simply it is a highly contagious skin infection it is most common on around the membranes of the face or mouth area but it can also affect the genital area. The virus is responsible for lesions of the skin otherwise known as blisters or ulcers which are unsightly and very nasty in appearance. At the time of printing there is no cure for this condition but there are several creams on the market that might be useful please see your doctor or health care practitioner before taking any creams or tablets.
There is one tip I will leave you with for this page and that is boost your immune system and keep stress to a zero if you possible if not it will come back!
