I had this questions asked by several people so I have put together my own definition of what Fibromyalgia is otherwise known as muscle stiffness which affects people in various ways he stiffness in the following areas:
muscles, tendons, joints and ligaments are all affected.
However the most common I have heard about is about the back and neck areas.
Tingling in some people is also a sign and is also very common with people with Fibromyalgia.
If you have Fibromyalgia and have a high stress levels it can make it worse. So please take time out for yourself after work.
